Hire Resolve’s client a well-established leading property development company is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the construction sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing contract execution, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and managing key stakeholder relationships throughout the construction lifecycle.
Responsibilites:
- Oversee and manage construction contracts to ensure compliance with project scope, budget, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor contract performance, resolve disputes, and enforce contractual obligations.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide regular progress reports and risk assessments to senior management.
- Manage documentation, including contract variations, claims, and project closeout reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in contract management within the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and project management principles.
- Ability to handle negotiations and resolve contractual disputes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant construction and contract management software is an advantage.
- Must be available for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Johannesburg.
