Treasury Accountant

Overseeing daily cashflow, liquidity, banking, and payment schedules
Ensuring correct allocation of creditor, subcontractor, and project costs
Preparing timely financial reports including cashflow forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis
Maintaining compliance with IFRS, the Companies Act, and SARS requirements
Strengthening internal controls and supporting audits
Strong technical understanding of IFRS, Companies Act, and SARS regulations
Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with accounting platforms (BuildSmart an advantage)

Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in a Treasury, Accounting, or similar finance role
Background in a fastâpaced, highâvolume environment (projectâbased or construction beneficial)Strong technical understanding of IFRS, Companies Act, and SARS regulations
Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with accounting platforms (BuildSmart an advantage)
Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining strong financial governance
Qualification: BCom Accounting degree or relevant financial qualification
Professional affiliation (SAIPA / CIMA) beneficial
