Our client, a leading Building Contractor in Cape Town, is seeking a Site Agent to join their team for a prestigious luxury development in Sea Point.
This key position will report directly to the Managing Director and Contracts Manager and requires a professional who can take full ownership of site activities, drive progress, and ensure delivery excellence on a landmark coastal project.

Manage all site operations, subcontractors, and workforce.
Ensure project milestones, quality, and cost targets are achieved.
Liaise with architects, engineers, and clients.
Maintain safety, compliance, and site discipline.
Report progress directly to the Contracts Manager and Managing Director.

Proven experience as a Site Agent on high-end residential or mixed-use developments.
Strong knowledge of finishes, structures, and luxury detailing.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Relevant qualification in Building / Construction Management.
