Financial Director

As the Financial Director, your duties include the following: Oversee all financial operations and administration within the business
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve strategic and operational goalsConsolidate monthly results and present financial performance insights to management
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and year-end reporting processes
Ensure strong governance, compliance, and risk management across all finance activities
Manage working capital, cash flow, and fixed asset reporting
Develop and enforce financial policies, controls, and cost-efficiency measures
Oversee audits, tax, insurance, and statutory compliance matters
Manage contracts, leases, and other commercial agreements
Lead ad hoc financial projects, feasibility studies, and business planning initiatives
Skills & Experience: 10 years of experience in a senior management position
Manufacturing industry experience would be highly advantageousShared Services experience
Team leadership skills and the ability to make strategic decisions for a business
Qualification: Qualified CA(SA) or CIMA
