External Sales Agent

The Salesperson is responsible for actively seeking out and closing sales deals as well as identifying any potential customers, acquiring new customers, building relations with new customers.
Key roles and responsibilities;Financial management- meet sales targets
Business process management
Operational requirements
Analyses the market environments and identifies problem areas as well as potential opportunities
Cold Calling
Travel to existing and potential customers to: Promote the brand and franchise
Sell productsPromote marketing related promotions and competitions * Provide specialist technical information and knowledge
Identify new projects and accounts and attempt to close the deal thereof
Identify new and potential clients that can form part of the customer base * Follow in-store leads that may arise
Provide on site solutions to clients
Complete Field Sales Reports
Train Internal Sales Consultants
Assist with internal sales
Learn about other department heads & managers to direct customers in the right direction
RequirementsExperience/knowledge In Sales Environment (Financial Industry)
Aptitude to absorb Product Knowledge (Technical).
Proven Marketing and Sales competencies + ability to analyse the market and formulate new strategies.
Ability to establish and foster new business relationships and provide advise to clients.
