AP Clerk (Intercompany)

A leading global provider of air cargo services is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a 6-month contract. As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for reconciling inter-company accounts and ensuring timely invoice processing and payment settlements for the US, Canada, UK, and Netherlands.

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for the following:

• Reconcile inter-company accounts, identify discrepancies, and investigate variances to ensure accuracy.
• Execute daily financial transactions related to inter-company activities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide weekly reports on the status of inter-company accounts and highlight any discrepancies to the Regional Heads of Finance.
• Communicate queries promptly with the relevant regional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth resolution.
• Prepare settlement summaries for review and action by the Finance Manager and Head of Finance.
• Act as a reliable accountability partner to operations teams, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Organize work hours strategically to support seamless operations across multiple global time zones.

Qualifications:

• Accounting Diploma required
• Diploma in Accounting would be beneficial

Skills:

• Over 3 years of hands-on experience with inter-company reconciliations.
• Proven track record in invoice processing and data entry spanning 3 years.
• Skilled in handling multi-country, multi-currency transactions and processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Teams.
