The Role: Sales Consultant IT & Office AutomationThis is a high-energy, target-driven role for ambitious sales professionals who thrive on closing deals and building long-term client relationships. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own region, grow a client base, and sell industry-leading solutions that make a real impact on business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new business by prospecting, networking, and conducting on-site presentations.
- Build and manage a pipeline of SME and corporate clients within your region.
- Sell tailored IT and office automation solutions aligned to client needs.
- Negotiate rental finance, service level agreements, and long-term contracts.
- Manage and grow existing accounts through proactive service and follow-ups.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in IT or Office Automation.
- Proven hunter mentality self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to explain complex solutions simply.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (essential).
- Valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle with business-use insurance.
- Willingness to travel within your assigned region (Cape Town, Boland, or Upington).
