Fabric Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and issuing of fabric and raw materials
• Manage inventory levels, fabric roll tracking, and ensure accurate documentation
• Implement, maintain, and optimize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP integration
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process workflows, and quality control checkpoints
• Lead, train, and develop the warehouse team while ensuring health and safety compliance
• Collaborate with cutting room, procurement, and production planning teams to align inventory with production schedules

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or relevant diploma with substantial practical experience)
• 57 years experience in warehouse or inventory management, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role
• Proven experience implementing and managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems
• Experience in textile, apparel, or manufacturing environments preferred
• Strong leadership, analytical, and process improvement skills
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Valid drivers license
