Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and selection of applicants.
- Screening of applicants.
- Conducting of interviews.
- Conducting of various verification checks.
- Processing applicant documentation.
- Completion of full assignee onboarding packs.
- Building and maintenance of a candidate database.
- Constant communication with assignees/contracts managers.
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience recruiting blue collar and technical assignees for the T.E.S. Industry.
Technical Competencies:
- Computer literate.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Time management and planning skills.
