• Managing a portfolio of VIP clients think top 20% red carpet treatment
• Hosting checkpoint meetings and making client satisfaction your personal mission
• Owning the delivery experience from the ground up tech, service, and relationship
• Bringing insights to the table with your strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Travelling to clients when needed because face time still matters

🔍 What were looking for:

• Solid experience in Account Management or Service Delivery, ideally in Telecoms or ISP
• A technical understanding of IT you speak geek and business fluently
• Organised to the core think colour-coded calendars and zero missed follow-ups
• Comfortable engaging with executive-level clients
