Working hours ; Monday to fFiday 08h00 till 17h30 and Saturdays 08h30 - 13h00

This Debtors position will be for a Car dealership in the Sandton area. Candidates who are avaiable immediately will be preffered.

Debtors Clerk is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of customer accounts, including invoicing, allocation of payments, account reconciliations, and collection of outstanding balances. The role ensures that customer accounts are maintained accurately and that payments are received within agreed credit terms

Minimum Requirements

3 years plus exp as a Debtors Clerk

1 year plus car dealership working exp

1 year plus exp in a car dealership enviroment (not essential but would be a bonus)

Experience with FICA would be a big advantage

Own Vehicle and valid drivers license

Excellent knowledge of Excel and Pinnacle

Must have experience with accountacts receivable and credit control

Ability to work in fast pasted enviroment with deadlines
