Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with dispensing doctors and healthcare professionals in the region, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
This role offers structured training, mentorship, and long-term career development within a high-performance sales environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with dispensing doctors and healthcare professionals
- Promote and detail pharmaceutical products within allocated territory
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Identify new business development opportunities
- Implement strategic sales and territory management plans
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights
- Maintain accurate reporting and CRM updates
- Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- OR proven sales experience (pharmaceutical / healthcare / FMCG advantageous)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-driven with strong target orientation
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the region
