Product Sales Manager

Drive sales of comminution capital equipment into mining and minerals processing markets

• Manage and execute large-scale tenders, including commercial, legal, and technical aspects
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and mine planners
• Prepare and manage technical proposals, costing, and estimations
• Provide input into plant design discussions and engage with process engineers
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support business development strategies
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performance sales culture

• Bachelors Degree (BTech/BEng/BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Metallurgy, or similar
• 5 8 years experience in engineering sales within mining, minerals processing, crushing equipment, or consulting engineering environments
• Proven track record of successfully selling capital equipment into mining operations
• Hands-on experience with comminution equipment, including jaw, gyratory, cone, impact, and roll crushers (advantageous)
