As the Senior Financial Manager, you will be a key business partner to executive leadership, driving financial performance, governance, and compliance across the group. This role carries significant people management responsibility, overseeing a team of finance professionals while ensuring best-in-class financial control and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of the end-to-end financial function
- Managing and developing a finance team of more than 2 direct reports
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting within a listed environment
- Ensuring compliance with IFRS, JSE requirements, and corporate governance standards
- Group consolidations and reporting across multinational entities
- Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance analysis
- Managing audits, year-end processes, and liaison with external auditors
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable)
- A minimum of 3 years management experience, with proven people leadership
- Listed company experience (essential)
- Strong exposure to multinational operations and group reporting
