Hours: 07:00 16:00 (Monday Friday) + Every Second Week Standby

Our client is looking for an energetic and eager-to-learn Network Technician to join their growing technical team. If you have networking experience, enjoy working in the field, and are passionate about technology and client support, this opportunity is for you!
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR- Matric
- 12 years networking or ISP experience
- Experience with on-site installations and technical support
- Knowledge of MikroTik, Ubiquiti, VoIP & Camera systems
- Own transport to and from work
- Valid Code 810 drivers license
- Afrikaans and English speaking
- Eager to learn with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working at heights
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Computer literate with good technical skills
- Ability to multitask and troubleshoot effectively
- Install and configure network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance to ensure uptime and stability
- Troubleshoot wireless internet and connectivity issues
- Implement and maintain network security measures
- Provide technical support to clients
- Configure routers, switches, firewalls & access points
- Ensure efficient and reliable network performance
ABOUT THE ROLE
Youll be responsible for supporting and maintaining network systems while assisting clients with installations and troubleshooting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, learning new technologies, and working in a fast-paced field environment.
