Qualification
- Matric
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, or similar role in both the retail and manufacturing industries.
- Excellent communication skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
- V-lookup
- Pivot Tables
- Data analysis and reporting
- Formula creation and spreadsheet management
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
- Liaise closely with customers regarding orders, deliveries, queries, and product information.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and other internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Monitor customer accounts and assist with resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
