Conduct Code 14 (EC) driver training and assessments
- Deliver classroom-based and in-cab practical instruction
- Train on defensive driving, load security, and HazMat/ADR procedures
- Identify skills gaps and develop individual training plans
- Maintain accurate learner records and training documentation
- Coach drivers on fuel-efficient and eco-driving techniques
- Conduct vehicle pre-trip inspection training and checklists
- Assist with incident investigations and refresher programmes
- Valid Code 14 (EC) driver's license — minimum 5 years' experience
- SETA-accredited Assessor and/or Moderator certification
- PDP (Professional Driving Permit) — current and valid
- Dangerous Goods / ADR certificate advantageous
- Formal Driver Trainer qualification
- Strong knowledge of road traffic legislation and safety standards
- Proficient in English; additional languages an advantage
- Clean criminal record and good disciplinary history
- Computer literacy — MS Office, basic LMS/reporting tools
