Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Reconcile Accounts: Regularly reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Prepare Financial Reports: Generate financial statements such as balance sheets and income statements, providing insights into the company''s financial health.
  • Maintain Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations, preparing necessary documentation for audits and tax filings.
  • Utilize Accounting Software: Proficiently use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, FreshBooks) to manage financial data and generate reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational Background: A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting is typically required, with a minimum of 1-3 years being common.
