We are looking for a motivated and organised Internal Sales & Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate must be computer literate, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Only candidates available to commence employment on 1 July 2026 will be considered.

Requirements
  • Previous sales and administration experience
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Advantageous
  • Pool technical experience
  • Fibreglass industry experience
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist customers and process sales
  • Prepare and capture quotations and invoices
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system
  • Perform general office administration duties
  • Handle customer queries and follow up on requests
  • Assist with stock-related administration
  • Maintain a professional and organised work environment
