Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance requests and manage service provider follow-ups
- Process work orders, invoices, and service-related documentation
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, and contract administration
- Handle tenant queries and ensure timely resolution
- Assist with compliance, inspections, and health & safety requirements
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and filing systems
- Matric + relevant qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience in commercial property or facilities administration (essential)
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and problem-solving ability
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
