My client is looking for a Finance Manager to lead the financial strategy and execution across the Operations and Service Delivery teams.
As the Financial Manager you will report to senior leadership, this role is critical in shaping financial direction, improving cost- efficiency, and supporting business growth.

This position plays a pivotal leadership role, directly managing Accounts Receivable and Payable resources and ensuring SLA alignment with regional teams.
As the Financial Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Lead financial strategy for Operations and Service Delivery departments.
- Design and implement cost optimization processes across CAPEX and OPEX.
- Analyze ROIC, assess profitability, and provide insights on operational performance.
- Oversee compliance, audit readiness, and financial reporting.
- Manage vendor finance relationships and contracting strategies.
- Drive process improvement and technology adoption (e.g., ERP systems).
- Support long-term planning and financial risk management.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors in Finance, Accounting or related field.
8+ years' financial experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.Proven divisional P&L ownership and experience in multinational settings.
Hands-on experience with Oracle systems.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
High adaptability, analytical thinking, and business partnering capability.
