QUALIFICATIONS:
Matric 12 or above essential
Educated to degree level or equivalent - desirable
EXPERIENCE:
- Buying experience - desirable
- A real passion for product, and a strong understanding of the retail market and landscapData entry and analysis

The principal objective of the role is to support the delivery of compelling, and commercially relevant Inflight Retail, store, Pre - Order and Home Delivery ranges for contracted Client Airlines across the globe
Main Responsibilities:
Work closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders and colleagues to deliver the ranges, and all associated markting materials.
Support the successful implementation of New Product Launches for our client airlines.
Work with the Senior Buyer/Buyer to deliver budgeted sales and profitability
Take on and run whole categories with help from the buyer.
Establish positive commercial relationships with suppliers, and leverage strategically as appropriate and instucted by the buyer.
Establish positive relationships with all Clients and deliver positive customer service
To provide effective and efficient support to the buying team by ensuring that needed administrative tasks are undertaken accurately and to company time scales to drive sales performance and client satisfaction
To collect and maintain accurate product & supplier data so that the business has the best data at all times
Liaise closely with buyer and suppliers to ensure new products are set up accurately and inline with the critical pat
To ensure that product, promotional and pricing control is in place and up to date at all times
To liaise with buyer, suppliers and accounts to ensure all supplier invoice and cost price queries are dealt with efficiently
Supplier set up including financial health checks, helping suppliers to complete forms, completing new supplier forms and checking accuracy.
To complete additional ad-hoc administrative tasks regularly and accurately as required.
Sample management.
To represent the buying team to the rest of the business, ensuring speedy and accurate issue resolution
Where applicable to support new colleagues in learning company systems
