Front Desk Sales Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers and incoming calls
• Assist customers with product enquiries, pricing, and sales orders
• Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately
• Handle cash, card, and account transactions in line with company procedures
• Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information
• Support general administrative and front desk duties
• Ensure the front desk area remains professional and customer-ready at all times

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Minimum of 3 years experience in front desk sales, retail sales, or a customer-facing sales role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Knowledge of timber or manufacturing products is an advantage
