Job Description

Reporting to the Project Manager, the General Foreman will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

• Oversee and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring all construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Supervise and manage on-site labour and subcontractors, allocating tasks, monitoring productivity, and ensuring work is completed to the required quality standards.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on site, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure all workers comply with safety procedures and company policies.
• Monitor project progress against the construction programme, identify delays or risks, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on schedule.
• Manage site resources, including materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring efficient usage, timely procurement, and minimal wastage.

• Building / Construction Qualification pref

• 3 years experience as a Foreman
• Drivers licence
• Supervisory strengths
• Microsoft Office
