Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, and remote assistance
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Log, track, and resolve support tickets efficiently
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT support when required
  • Maintain strong communication with users and provide timely feedback

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ year experience in a help desk or support role
  • Basic IT knowledge (hardware, software, networks) advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple queries
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
