Finance Administrator

This role offers the perfect blend of autonomy, responsibility, and industry exposure. This is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and driving efficiency in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Duties:

• Keep the books balanced maintain accurate records, process transactions & ensure spot-on reporting
• Bid Support assist in the preparation of financial components for bid submissions
• Invoicing & Tracking Monitor payments, track project costs and keep stakeholders updated
• Audit & Compliance Ensure financial practices meet industry standards and assist during audit preparation
• Cash Flow & Expense Management Keep your finger on the pulse, from tracking expenses to managing documentation and all things finance

Education and Experience:

• Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping
• At least 3 years experience in a similar finance or accounting role
• Background in engineering, construction or consulting is a bonus but not essential
• Technically confident with financial systems and MS Office tools
• A self-starter who can manage their own workload, especially with much of the team based in Johannesburg
