What You’ll Be Doing- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to storage enquiries
- Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
- Prepare quotes and explain storage options clearly and honestly
- Capture and maintain accurate customer data on the CRM system
- Process orders and coordinate a smooth handover to operations
- Minimum 3+ years sales experience, ideally in internal or phone-based sales
- Proven ability to follow up leads and close deals
- Strong customer communication and listening skills
- Comfortable working to targets and daily KPIs
- Experience with CRM systems and sales administration
- Matric (Grade 12) required
