Minimum Requirements:

• Matric.
• A+ and N+ Certifications (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in IT/desktop support.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in hardware and software support.
• Valid Drivers License and own transport.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support to users and escalate issues when necessary.
• Perform daily hardware and software support for end-users.
• Configure and set up laptops, desktops, and workstations for new and existing users.
• Support and maintain printers, including managing consumables and stock rotation.
• Provide basic network support as required.
• Assist with the administration and tracking of IT projects.
• Manage IT asset inventory including the control of existing and new equipment.
• Process requisitions for new hardware and software.
• Assist with the onboarding and management of new users.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all IT processes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all IT-related tasks and incidents.
