The Role: Spa TherapistYoull deliver a range of professional spa and beauty treatments to discerning guests, ensuring every experience is relaxing, restorative, and aligned with five-star standards. This role is perfect for a skilled therapist who values quality, precision, and personal connection in every treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver professional spa and beauty treatments according to training and brand standards
- Provide expert product and treatment recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales
- Maintain a pristine, calm, and welcoming spa environment
- Ensure guests receive personalised, attentive service throughout their visit
- Adhere to strict hygiene, safety, and confidentiality protocols
- Support daily spa operations, including treatment setup and inventory checks
- Recognised qualification in Spa or Beauty Therapy
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a 5-star spa or luxury wellness environment
- Proficiency with Babor products and protocols (advantageous)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, self-motivated, and customer-focused
- Sales-driven with a warm, nurturing approach to guest care
