A well-established company is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant / Internal Auditor to join their finance team.
This opportunity is ideal for a professional with strong accounting knowledge, auditing experience, and a passion for financial accuracy, compliance, and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accounting systems and financial recordsAnalyse financial information for accuracy and compliance
Prepare financial statements using Caseware
Handle SARS e-Filing submissions, including EMP201 and VAT returns
Perform CIT and IRP6 calculations and submissions
Manage intergroup loan processes
Support payroll, creditors, and debtors functions
Assist in strengthening internal controls and risk management processes
Minimum Requirements: National Senior Certificate / NQF 4 equivalent
BCom Accounting or BCompt Accounting Science qualificationCompleted SAICA or SAIPA articles
Minimum 2 years post-article accounting experience
Minimum 2 years auditing experience
Experience with Caseware and Pastel essential
Strong understanding of financial compliance and reporting
Key Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
High attention to detail and accuracyOrganised and deadline-driven approach
Strong communication and reporting skills
