Requirement:
- Matric
- Relevant experience within a creditors clerk role - minimum 5 years work experience
- Computer literate - SYSPRO advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in the Southern Suburbs
- Own transport
- Team player
Duties:
- Full Creditors function - manage accounts payable by verifying, processing and reconciling supplier invoices to ensure accurate, timely payments.
- Key duties include reconciling supplier statements
- Resolving invoice queries
- Maintaining vendor records
- Supporting month-end and Reporting
- Credit notes
- Verification of bank details
- General Administrative tasks, filing and archiving of invoices and related documents, ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and VAT regulations
