This role is fully remote, and ideal for someone based within ±3 hours of CET.
What will you do?- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team through daily roleplays and feedback sessions
- Review sales calls and provide actionable, constructive input
- Develop and refine sales scripts and sales processes
- Drive your own sales to stay product-aware and model best practice
- Instill accountability and structure in the team’s daily sales approach
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role
- Experience working with sales frameworks and structured methodologies
- Confidence using Excel or Google Sheets
- A strong coaching and mentorship track record
- Experience writing and optimising sales scripts
- A proactive, fast-paced, and results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a hands-on leadership style
- Located within ±3 hours of Central European Time
