Our client is a well-respected legal services firm that provides professional legal and commercial solutions to a wide range of corporate, institutional, and private clients. They are seeking an organised, driven, and hands-on Call Centre Administrator / Supervisor to join their team in Bloemfontein.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a small call centre team
  • Monitor daily call centre operations and staff performance
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members
  • Ensure service levels and productivity targets are achieved
  • Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate administrative records
  • Monitor attendance, schedules, and team performance metrics
  • Implement and maintain call centre procedures and best practices
  • Drive collections activities and ensure collection targets are met
  • Follow up on outstanding accounts and manage debt recovery processes
  • Assist with general administration and office support functions

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 3 years experience in a Call Centre Administration and/or Supervisory role
  • Strong collections experience with a proven track record
  • Experience managing and motivating a small team
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in both Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)
  • Computer literate with good MS Office skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Professional, reliable, and results-driven
