Job Description

In this role, reporting to the Directors, the Construction Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Strong leadership, supervision, and team management abilities
• Site and project administration
• Maintaining exceptional housekeeping and site organisation standards
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Results-driven focus on time, cost, and quality delivery
• Confident decision-making with sound judgement
• Practical thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage and maintain effective subcontractor relationships
• Tracking and reporting on project master programmes
• Planning, including procurement and subcontractor coordination
• Enforcing and upholding health and safety standards on site
• Labour relations and workforce management skills
• Managing multiple construction sites simultaneously

• Minimum qualification National Diploma in Building or Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
• SACPCMP registration beneficial

• Minimum 5 years experience in a senior construction role managing staff and sites
• Experience in the bespoke, residential market will be advantageous
• Minimum qualification ND Building
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficient in MS Projects and CCS
• Literate in Afrikaans and English
• Valid drivers license
