Key Responsibilities:
- Transport and deliver FMCG goods safely from the distribution centre to stores across KZN
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, efficiently, and within scheduled timeframes
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance requirements
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and obtain necessary signatures
- Adhere strictly to road safety regulations and company policies
- Provide excellent service when interacting with store personnel and clients.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 35 years experience as a Code 14 Driver within the transport or logistics industry
- Valid Code 14 drivers licence with a valid PDP
- Matric (Grade 12) is essential
- Good knowledge of routes within KwaZulu-Natal
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and vehicle handling
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
