Assistant Systems Administrator– Syspro

A leading manufacturing business is seeking an experienced individual to support the effective administration, maintenance, and optimisation of its Syspro ERP environment.
Reporting directly to the Systems Administrator, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate ERP data, managing Bills of Materials (BOMs), supporting inventory control, and assisting with costing and production-related system analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update product information, stock codes, costings, and Bills of Materials within Syspro
- Analyse BOM costings to ensure accurate product costing and ERP data integrity
- Support month-end processes and reporting requirements
- Assist production teams with job costing, variance analysis, and performance reporting
- Investigate stock and inventory variances and support stock control initiatives
- Ensure ERP and production planning system data is accurate, complete, and maintained timeously
- Provide user support and assist departments with Syspro-related queries and transactions
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 5 years'' experience in a similar ERP Systems Administration role
- Advanced Syspro experience is essential
- Strong stock control and inventory management knowledge
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Stable employment history with contactable references
- Manufacturing or packaging industry experience
- Experience with BOM management, product costing, and production planning systems
