Bookkeeper - Trial Balance

Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Bookkeeping, Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3-5 years bookkeeping experience to Trial Balance
- Previous experience in the construction or project-based industry preferred
- Strong understanding of project costing and supplier management
- Experience with intercompany accounting
- Proficient in accounting software & MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Advantageous:
- Experience with SAGE, Xero, Quickbooks, Buildsmart, or similar accounting systems
- Knowledge of VAT and payroll processes
- Experience working with multiple entities / Group companies
