Role Overview

An established organisation is seeking a skilled and driven IT Manager to oversee and manage its IT infrastructure, systems, and projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of IT operations while supporting business objectives in a corporate environment.

• Database Management: Strong expertise in SQL
• Networking: Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, and Sophos technologies, including physical network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Cloud Computing: Proven experience in virtual machine (VM) setup, deployment, and maintenance across leading cloud platforms; familiarity with cloud-native services and infrastructure management
• ERP Systems: Experience in ERP implementation and support

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• CompTIA certifications (Network+, Security+, Cloud+)
• Cybersecurity certification(s)

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on innovation and operational efficiency
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Proven ability to manage complex IT projects and deliver results under tight deadlines
• A proactive, continuous learner who stays up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices

• Programming & Development: Proficiency in C, C#, Java, Python, PHP, Node.js, React, and Vue.js, with experience developing scalable and enterprise-grade solutions
• Cybersecurity: Solid understanding of security frameworks, threat detection, vulnerability management, and compliance standards
• Data Analytics: Ability to analyse complex datasets, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making using modern analytics tools
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field
• AI-related module or certification would be highly advantageous
• 34 years experience, preferably within a corporate environment
