What You must Bring:
- Red Seal / Trade Certificate (essential)
- 5+ years experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in heavy-duty commercial trucks
- Strong technical knowledge of Volvo, UD, or Chinese brand trucks will be advantageous
- Proven track record managing teams of 40+ staff
- Patience, leadership, and excellent communication skills
