Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for international rolesSource and engage candidates through multiple channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients
Conduct candidate interviews and suitability assessments
Coordinate interviews, offers, and placement processes
Maintain accurate records and meet recruitment targets
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment (international recruitment preferred)Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work with clients and candidates across time zones
Results-driven with a consultative approach
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Based in Cape Town
