1364 Product Owner (Senior)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Align internal and external IT/business stakeholders.
• Create transparency regarding resources, requirements, competencies and implementation status to Products
• and Domains.
• Define, request, track and, if necessary, escalate the required resources (incl. skills, capacity).
• Implement the product vision and roadmap.
• Steer internal/external consultants and serve as a quality assurance of their deliverables.
• Adhere to the Agile Working Methodology
• Daily use of the Agile Tool Chain and content-wise steering of all team meetings, including Stand-ups, Sprint
• Review, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Planning meetings, etc.
• Determine acceptance criteria/definition of done and evaluate the developed product scope, decision regarding
• release or rework in the product backlog.
• Identify improvements to the Product Owner regarding the Product Owner hierarchy, including the Feature
• Teams as well as all relevant internal functions and external partners, if necessary.
• Create transparency regarding resources, requirements, competencies and implementation status to Products
• and Domains.
• Soft Skills
• Ability to interpret Business requirements and move concepts through to proposal and successful
• implementation.
• Take consultative approach to challenge customers requested solution design, should a better alternative exist.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• Relevant IT / Business qualification
• Scrum Master Certification
• 6+ years relevant experience
