- Must have solid experience on high end building projects
- Preferably live in KZN or be willing to relocate there
- Must have a stable CV and track record with contactable references
- Experience as CM or SA on projects valued at over R100 million
- Contract co-ordination and supervision
- Including financial management of projects
- Client liaison
- Attendance at site meetings
- Appoint and manage subcontractors for the duration of the contract
- Adjudication of sub contract contracts of sub-contractors
- Quality Control management
