Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience in new vehicle sales within a franchised dealership environment
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to source and generate own customers
• Strong hunger for success with a consistent sales track record
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
• Valid drivers licence

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell new vehicles in line with dealership and manufacturer targets
• Actively prospect for new business and build a sustainable client base
• Manage the full sales process from enquiry to vehicle delivery
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales administration
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at all times
