Quantity Surveyor

• Manage project budgets, cost control and financial reporting.
• Prepare and evaluate bills of quantities, estimates and tender documentation.
• Monitor project expenditure, cash flow and profitability.
• Manage subcontractor appointments, valuations and payment certificates.
• Prepare progress claims, variations and final accounts.
• Conduct cost forecasting and identify potential financial risks.
• Liaise with project managers, site teams, subcontractors and clients.
• Ensure accurate contractual and commercial administration throughout each project.

• Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification.
• Proven experience in residential building and construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction costs, procurement and subcontractor management.
• Experience with project cost control, valuations and final accounts.
• Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
• Must be willing to work on projects in the Paarl and Stellenbosch areas.
