Reporting to senior finance leadership, the Senior Accountant will play a key role in overseeing the full accounting function across various entities, with a strong focus on property-related accounting. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full accounting function across multiple entities and divisions
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Oversee general ledger reconciliations and month-end close processes
- Handle property accounting
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Job Experience and Skills Required: Accounting qualification (BCom Accounting or equivalent)
Honours degree advantageousMinimum 7 years relevant accounting experience
Strong property accounting experience is essential
