Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support cloud environments (Azure / AWS)
- Troubleshoot system and network-related issues

- 13 years IT Support / Systems experience
- Basic cloud knowledge (Azure preferred)
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP)
- Experience with Windows or Linux systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
