Fuel Station Site Manager (Centurion)

• Ensure excellent customer service delivery and satisfaction
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
• Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere
• Inventory management
• Monitor fuel and product inventory levels
• Order and receive supplies as needed
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses.

• Oversee daily operations, including fuel dispensing, store operations, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Implement and maintain control standards.

• Manage staff
• Compiling efficient shift rosters

Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Fuel Station Manager.
• Valid drivers license with own reliable vehicle.
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Be able to work shifts and work on weekends.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available to start as soon as possible.

1 Day off in the week to make it a 5-day week
