Receptionist
Salary: R10,000 R15,000 per month, depending on experience
Working hours: Monday Friday, 07:30 17:00

Our client in the Financial Services industry has an opportunity available for a professional Receptionist based in Centurion.

Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • 12 years experience in a receptionist or front-office role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
  • Professional, well-presented, and organised
  • Bilingual: Afrikaans and English
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact, welcoming visitors and answering calls
  • Direct calls and messages to the relevant staff members
  • Manage front-desk queries and provide assistance to clients and visitors
  • Handle basic office administration and correspondence
  • Maintain a neat and presentable reception area
  • Support the broader team with ad hoc administrative tasks
