Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform office and financial administration, including cash-ups, invoices, and reconciliations
  • Manage stock ordering, tracking, and data capturing across all departments
  • Update product labelling and POS systems
  • Handle HR and staff-related administration, such as timetables, tip distribution, and wastage tracking
  • Ensure compliance with licenses and regulations (liquor, health & safety, vehicle, scale, etc.)
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers

Candidate Requirements:

  • Matric certificate (minimum requirement)
  • Valid drivers licence and reliable transport
  • Proven stock control experience (retail or hospitality preferred)
  • Strong administrative and financial skills
  • Non-smoker with no visible tattoos (professional appearance required)
  • Dependable, proactive, and a team player with excellent attention to detail
