Key Responsibilities:
- Perform office and financial administration, including cash-ups, invoices, and reconciliations
- Manage stock ordering, tracking, and data capturing across all departments
- Update product labelling and POS systems
- Handle HR and staff-related administration, such as timetables, tip distribution, and wastage tracking
- Ensure compliance with licenses and regulations (liquor, health & safety, vehicle, scale, etc.)
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers
Candidate Requirements:
- Matric certificate (minimum requirement)
- Valid drivers licence and reliable transport
- Proven stock control experience (retail or hospitality preferred)
- Strong administrative and financial skills
- Non-smoker with no visible tattoos (professional appearance required)
- Dependable, proactive, and a team player with excellent attention to detail
