Are you a motivated Quantity Surveyor with a passion for civil and water infrastructure projects? Join a dynamic engineering consultancy and play a key role in delivering high-impact projects across Gauteng.

What You''ll Do:

• Prepare cost estimates and bills of quantities for tenders and ongoing projects
• Monitor budgets, prepare valuations and progress payments
• Evaluate tenders and assist with pricing documentation
• Administer contracts and manage final accounts
• Support project and site managers with cost control and reporting
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality systems

Minimum Requirements:

• 2-7 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil infrastructure or water projects
• Relevant qualification: BSc/BTech/Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• SACQSP registration or in progress (Candidate or Professional QS)
• Strong MS Excel skills & exposure to construction costing software
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
• Clear communicator, methodical thinker, and detail-focused

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with tender documentation and public infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with FIDIC/NEC contracts
• Teamwork and ability to work under pressure
